Grassroots Survey

As physicians and voters in the communities where we live and work, your voices and opinions are extremely influential with members of the Tennessee General Assembly. Through this brief survey you can provide information on the issues that are important to you, relationships you may have with elected officials, and the level of advocacy you would be willing to undertake on our behalf. By understanding which TMA members have relationships with elected officials, you can help us cultivate grassroots campaigns that work to advance our positions on major policy issues affecting the practice of medicine in Tennessee.

There is no right or wrong answer to any of the questions, we simply ask for your honest feedback. If you do not have a personal relationship with your or other elected officials around the state, please do not feel like you are expected to, as most people will not.

We greatly appreciate your time and participation. You can begin the survey now.
