This session focuses on the critical role of peer support and professional community in promoting clinician wellbeing, resilience and retention. Participants will examine evidence-based strategies—such as peer mentoring, reflective practice groups, and affinity-based communities—to build inclusive, trust-based networks that foster psychological safety and belonging. The speakers will discuss the development of a personalized plan to enhance peer connection and engagement within one's own professional setting, using strengths-based approaches aligned with individual and institutional values. Additionally, participants will review key literature supporting the effectiveness of coaching and peer support.
