This session aims to equip physicians with the knowledge and skills to address clinician burnout at a systemic level. Participants will explore how organizational structures and culture contribute to burnout, evaluate evidence-based interventions that promote wellbeing and professional fulfillment, and develop actionable plans to implement sustainable changes within their own institutions. Additionally, participants will learn strategies to engage and gain support from administrative leadership to effectively drive these initiatives forward.
