Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Rheumatology Doctor to join our team. This role involves diagnosing and treating autoimmune, inflammatory, and musculoskeletal disorders such as arthritis, lupus, and osteoporosis. The ideal candidate will perform thorough evaluations, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop personalized treatment plans. Responsibilities include prescribing medications, managing long-term care, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care. The Rheumatologist will educate patients on condition management and monitor disease progression. Strong communication, empathy, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential. Requirements/Certifications:

  • Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school.
  • Board Certification in Rheumatology (or eligibility for certification).
  • Valid Medical License to practice in Tennessee.
  • Completion of a Rheumatology Fellowship program.
  • Strong clinical experience in diagnosing and treating autoimmune, inflammatory, and musculoskeletal disorders.
  • Ability to interpret diagnostic tests, including lab results and imaging studies.
  • Experience with patient management in a private practice setting is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, families, and the care team.
  • Commitment to continuing medical education (CME) and staying up to date with current treatment protocols.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
